Growth strategies
for your business

There are two basic growth strategies you can use to make more money for your business:

  1. Increase the number of customers
By following the four steps described on this site, you will undoubtedly attract more customers. More than you thought possible!

  2. Increase the average amount each customer spends
This can involve encouraging your customers to buy more stuff from you (by upselling or introducing more products or services), buy more regularly (by reminding them of the benefits more often) or increasing what you charge.

You should set yourself a target of what you want to achieve for your business in terms of turnover and profit.

When you have done this, you can calculate the rate of increase required in the above to achieve your target. For example, to increase your turnover by £150,000 you might need to increase your customer base by 20%, increase the average value of each customer by 20% and increase the frequency each buys by 15%.

You can use any combination to grow your business. And it is all very achievable using the techniques described on this site.
