Improve your profit
through marketing

There are four simple steps that can make a
massive difference to your business.

The Four Steps

  1. Planning
Your marketing efforts will be much more successful if you plan. Planning is often overlooked as an onerous and unnecessary task. But it doesn’t have to take much of your time. And time spent here will save you time and money later. It involves making sure you are clear on where you are now, who your customers and competitors are, and where you want to be.

  2. Communication
This step is all about building a relationship with your customers. You are far more likely to make a sale if you already have a relationship. The vast majority of customers will not buy on the first point of contact. There is an array of ways you can do this and it is best to use a combination of methods.

  3. Selling
If you have done the first two steps properly, the sell should be easy! Again there are various tools you can use to help you.

  4. Maintain a relationship
Making a sale is great, but making another sale to the same customer is even better. This step is all about increasing the value of each customer by maintaining a relationship with current and past customers, and maintaining those activities which bring you a return.
